Southeast On Parade


It kicks off Homecoming Day festivities, and this year, the annual Homecoming Parade included three miles of spectators packed along Broadway to downtown Cape Girardeau, floats designed around board and card games, student and alumni groups, smooching parade marshals Southeast President
Carlos and Pam Vargas, and of course, the Southeast Marching Band.
