Ribbon cutting for International Village

Southeast celebrated the opening of the new International Village, a venue dedicated to supporting Southeast’s robust international student population. The venue is dedicated to serving international students and enhancing the University’s diverse and globally oriented campus. This last spring, Southeast had 636 international students enrolled on campus, many of whom are using the new facilities for coffee hours, game nights, the International Student Association Prom, and a Ladies Night hosted by the Intensive English Program (IEP). Southeast joined the Common App in 2018. It’s an undergraduate admissions application students can use to apply to any of the more than 800 member universities. Students can use the service to apply to multiple schools at once.
